Amusement Park
- No general admission
- No alcohol or glass
Water Park
- Small Children must be accompanied by
an adult.
- Under 42" be accompanied on large
slides
- Must be 48" to ride on Thunder Rush
body slide. Must be able to swim
- No food in water park area
- Everyone must have water band to
access water park area
- Proper swim attire only (No buttons,
rivets, belts, zippers, buckles or exposed metal or plastic)
- No jewelry
- Glasses with straps only
- No hats
Go Karts
- 54" Height required
- Under 54" ride with 16 year old
minimum
- Go Kart requirements: the driver MUST
be at least 54" by law to drive the kart.
Oasis Events
- Contract and deposit only reserves
event.
- Cancellations in writing required.
- No alcohol may be brought in from
outside.
- Check with your event representative
for food or drink restrictions from outside.
- Your date is held no later than Feb
1st of the following year for year-to-year events. Deposit
and/or contact must be made no later than this to insure
reservations. Prices subject to change for catered events.
Inclement Weather Policy
NYS law requires
closing water attractions for 30 minutes following any lightening in
the area.
Closing more than 40 minutes:
Any guest who does not wish to stay can receive a coupon for $3.00
off a
Park Pass, good any day this season.
Closing more than 60 minutes:
A rain check, good any day this season may be given to departing
guests.
Closing more than 90 minutes:
Slides may close for the day and guests will receive a rain check
good any day.
