Oasis Bar
Your
event may or may not require a bar. But the option is there
for you to choose. However a wedding reception with no alcohol
served may be subject to a service charge. A cash bar is what
most people choose. If you'd like an open bar, there are several
different options, so you may request prices. No alcohol may be brought in from the outside per New York state
law. *There is no extra charge for your bartender(s).

is a small fee for this stress-free feature:

If you have a decorating
question, please feel free to ask, just because it's not listed,
does not mean we can't do it!
If you are doing your own
decorating please remember that we not allow TAPE, TACKS,
GLITTER, or CONFETTI. A $150.00 charge will be added to your
bill if you do not follow the rules.
Need
a DJ? Band? Cake? Limo? Photographer?
We have several that work closely with the Thunder Island staff.
We would be happy to make arrangements for them and pay their
deposits for you.
Get Married
Here!

Can't
decided where you want to get married? Many folks have gotten
married right here in the hall or outside. These weddings are very
personal and intimate with your guests. Need a Judge? We have that
too - inquire about names and numbers.
Final
Count: Your final count is due no later than 2 weeks before the
event. You will be charged for the number of people you reserve
for or the greater amount attending. An 18% gratuity and 8% sales
tax will be added to all events with food or beverage.
Deposit:
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will be needed to secure your
date. This will be deducted from your bill at the end of your
event.
