| Can we bring in our own food? |
Food may be brought in. There are picnic tables provided. No alcohol or glass. No food allowed into immediate water park area. Beverages are allowed in water park area. Grilling or open flames not permitted. |
| What are your hours? |
Daily operating hours are opening 11am. Water park closes @5pm. Rest of the park closes @ 7pm Hours may fluctuate at the beginning of the season or end. |
| Can we buy a season pass? |
| Season passes are available till sold out. |
| Are you open if it rains? |
| The park opens everyday. Slides may have to close till lightening in area passes. |
| What does a season pass include? |
| A season pass is good everyday for the water park and miniature golf. Discounts are 10% off everything including cafe sales with season pass. |
| Do you do kids birthdays? |
| Yes, we have two frequently used packages available. |
| Do you have lockers? |
| Yes locker rentals are available, unlimited use for the day. |
| How old do you have to be to drive go-karts? |
| Go kart minimum height is 54" to drive. |
| Is there a minimum number of people for an Oasis Event? |
We have hosted parties of all sizes from 50 to 1500. There is no minimum, however you must take into consideration this is a private facility opened just for you and many prices are based on 100 guests. More or less than that may have a price adjustment. Just ask. |
| Is there a cake cutting fee, bartending fee or parking fee for my event? |
There are no extra fees for your event. What you are quoted is the price with no hidden extras. |
| Is there a time limit on my party? |
Most events are for a 3 or 4 hour duration. If you'd like an extended time, just tell us in advance. |
| Who does your catering? |
All our food is prepared fresh on premises from scratch by our talented kitchen staff. |
| Can I bring in my own alcohol? |
We are a New York State licensed alcohol facility. It is against the law for you to bring in your own. |
| How will I be billed? |
Your event is billed on just what you purchase from us and any extras you ask for in advance. You will be billed for the greater of the reserved amount or actual amount of people. |
| Can I make my own menu request? |
The menus we show you are the most popular chosen in recent years. We have and will customize your menu for you. |
